Delivery Schedule
– Frequency: Deliveries are scheduled based on your business needs and our established routes. – Cut-Off Times: Orders received by 3 AM will be scheduled for same-day delivery. – Custom Delivery Options: For high-priority or large orders, we can arrange special delivery schedules. Contact our support team for assistance.
Order Minimums
To optimize efficiency and maintain competitive pricing, we do not require a minimum order. For all orders, an energy surcharge may apply.
Delivery Fees
– All orders qualify for free delivery within our standard coverage area. – For deliveries outside the standard area or requiring special arrangements, additional fees may apply.
Packaging and Handling
We take great care in packaging and handling your orders: – Temperature Control: All products are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure freshness and quality. – Sealed and Secure: Items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Receiving Your Delivery
– Inspection: We encourage clients to inspect all goods upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as shortages or damaged items, please notify the driver immediately. – Signature Requirement: A signature is required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt.
Delivery Policies
Rescheduling and Cancellations: – Changes to delivery schedules must be requested at least 10 hours before the scheduled delivery. – Cancellations after the cut-off time may incur fees.
2. Failed Deliveries: – If a delivery is unsuccessful due to client unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply if applicable.
